Recipe: Healthy Breakfast Egg Muffins

Need a quick and easy breakfast in the morning? This one is my favorite right now. I typically have two eggs each morning along with bacon or sausage but it always took so much time to make it.

This is so easy to just grab and heat up with no dirty dishes each morning. I added in chopped onions and red bell pepper and I also did some deli ham nitrate free since I am super picky with meats. This was so good and didn't need any ketchup. I eat 2 muffins for breakfast. That's one egg per muffin. Get the full recipe here.
